* problems of renaming forms are coming up ... is it better to have lots of little applications with a few forms? Need to gather lots of information systematically about one entity... how to best structure the app/form to do this?

Technical Questions

* I have a drop down but I want users to be able to select from the list. I also need the ability to allow users to add their own data to the drop down. How do I do that?

* Need users to proceed through all forms to fill out required fields like a wizard... first form sets the key field for the record
* I've got multiple entities living in one country. Can I use one form to handle all country names and all entities refer to that one form...? I should be able to without getting into data relationship conflicts or muddying
* I want to be able to reuse code chunks... for example display data relationships between Country |City | area code | currency
